Power Training Institute is a division of Select's Family of Staffing Companies.  Today, we are a well-respected training organization. 

We found that many of the managers and supervisors who were promoted into leadership positions didn't have the requisite "people skills" needed for success.  That became our rallying cry:  help improve corporate cultures -- one manager at a time!
