Bonnie Cox Bonnie Cox, M.A
Founder of the Power Training Institute, Bonnie Cox offers management and communications training solutions as a corporate facilitator, professional trainer, and motivational speaker. Her custom-designed, high-energy programs include innovative, interactive exercises to ensure her curriculum has immediate application.


Diaya Mills Diaya Mills
Diaya Mills is a senior sales professional and business-oriented trainer with a diverse background in both the retail and service industries. Her training specializations include innovative interviewing and selling techniques, developing a sales territory, delivering five-star customer service, and personal accountability.



Jill Scala Jill Scala, M.A.
Jill Scala has helped companies realize increasing levels of potential by fostering effective methods of communication, including Coaching, Performance Counseling, and Conflict Resolution. Known for her energetic style and workshop approach, Jill maximizes the learning transfer by making her training fun, yet productive and effective.



Fred Pachon Fred Pachon
Fred Pachón has more than 20 years of insurance and risk management experience, including all aspects of California Workers' Compensation claims handling. He has served as a Special Investigator, Case Manager, and Regional Manger for major insurance companies, as well as Claims/Risk Manager for major corporations.



Amy Uhrig Amy Uhrig
Amy Uhrig has an extensive background in recruiting and customer service. With hands-on experience as a recruiter, she has been an integral part of developing curriculum and courses to train at both beginning and intermediate levels.



Leticia Zuniga
Erma Leticia Zuniga has 10 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources. She has developed a HR Safety Training & Audit program that reduced average claim costs by $6,000 per injury.


Phylene Wiggins Phylene Wiggins, SPHR
Phylene Wiggins has over 20 years experience as a professional and executive expert in human resources management. Her emphasis is in workplace disability issues and she has an extensive background in the banking industry. Some of Phylene's experience includes training in employee relations, affirmative action, diversity, health, safety, team building, disability management, and more.
